Reminders & Warnings

Food, Clothing, Medicine
We encourage you to wear formal, but comfortable clothing. We understand that the style of clothing in Taiwan is not similar to that of America, so we shall provide you with 5 sets of clothing, top to bottom. This will cost $5. The washing service will cost $1 for each set of clothing required to be washed. Food is included in the total cost, costing $10 for the whole trip. All breakfasts, lunches and dinners shall be served and consumed at the Mullanphy Emigrant Home. Should you have the desire to eat outside the home, you may do so, however, you should bring your own money to pay for extra snacks and such. There is a mini-pharmacist inside the home if you should become sick. If any large medical problems occur, please notify your guide and he or she will take you to the St. Louis Clinic, where our most educated and certified doctors shall aid you. Each visit to the clinic is $5. Extra fees shall be added if you need any extra medical services.

Safety
Helmets will be provided while hunting and hiking. The inexperienced traveler is advised to stay within view of our guide at all times while outside. Also, during this tour around the US, please be sure to keep your belongings inside your bags at all times. There are some bums on the street who might just jump at you and steal your belongings. We will have basic first-aid kits and medicine during the journey, but please prepare for any medical conditions that might complicate your trip. If any serious medical conditions arise, you will have to be transported back to the 21st century. If you would like to hire a guide or protector, an extra $2 fee will be added for each day you use the service. We value your safety.
